| Mr. Krisztián Edocs – INTUSER Project Coordinator – Innoterm Ltd. In his speech Mr. Edocs presented the INNOTERM Energetics Ltd., their main activity areas and references, the INTUSER Project and the results of its survey campaign and the Improve GeoBalkan project proposal, which is an example of possible future CEE and WBC coorperation. INNOTERM Energetics, Environment Protection and Development Ltd. is an engineering office with a production plant background. It’s goal is the development and the implementation of environmental- and user-friendly energy supply systems. Mr. Edocs – also coordinator
of the INTUSER project (Information Network on the Technology of Utilization
and Sustainability of Energy Resources) – presented the the
first, and maybe most important step of the project, the results of an
opinion poll which was made to assess public awareness and knowledge throughout
the EU and Associated States of the existence, benefits and possible drawbacks
of the usage of various energy sources. The results were achieved through
the compilation of questionnaires and opinion polls published both online
and in physical form. Mr. Edocs has introduced
also one of the first Hungarian FP6 success projects, the so called IMPROVEGEOBALKAN
Project. The project objective is to develop a road-map for the sustainable,
economical and environmentally sound utilization and the reconstruction
of the geothermal potential of the Western Balkan countries. |
